SYLHET: Four people were killed and scores reportedly injured in a road accident in Mogla Bazar area on Sylhet-Fenchuganj road early hours of Sunday.

The deceased were identified as Dhruba Joyti Das, 36, Pubali Bank officer of Bianibazar Charkhai branch, Adil Chowdhury, 34, Sanjit Das, 30, Prokriti, 32 hailed from Kulaura upazila of Moulvibazar.

Mogla Bazar Thana officer-in-charge Khairul Fazal confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Local sources said a private car collided with a truck in the area, leaving four of car passengers dead on the spot
