MOULAVIBAZAR: Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel held four Indian citizens from Harinchara area under Srimangal Upazila of the district on Thursday night.

The detainees were Niramal Bidwakar, 28, Sunjush Vattacharjya, 53, Shangkar De, 26 and Dhaniman Kasia, 36.

All the detainees hailed from Kamalpur village of Dhalai district in India.

Confirming the incident, Srimangal police station officer-in-Charge Abdullah told banglanews, “The detainees will be produced before court on Saturday.”
