DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina categorically said country’s largest flyover (Jatrabari-Gulisthan) Mayor Hanif Flyover is an Eid gift for the city dwellers.

The premier came up with the observation at Osmani Memorial Auditorium after inauguration of the flyover on Friday afternoon.

She also mentioned that she was the very first person who paid the toll for using the flyover.

Hasina further said that the people of 30 districts will be benefitted by this flyover as it links with those districts.

As the flyover started before Eid-ul-Azha so it will reduce the public sufferings and people may deem it as an Eid gift, she added.
