DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina urged opposition party to form an all-party poll-time government.

She also urged Khaleda Zia to propose name for the government.

She came up with the observation while addressing the nation on Friday evening.

Sheikh Hasina said, “We want to hold the election with participation of all parties. My proposal to the opposition party is that we can form an all-party election-time government.”

The premier also urged BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia to shun paths of terrorism saying, “Don’t damage lives and assets of countrymen blasting bombs and torching vehicles in the name of so-called movement.”

She also said that the force that uses orphans to make bombs to create anarchy will be thrown in the hell by Allah.

She again said that people don’t want any situation like 1/11.

“Due to the effort of the incumbent government, the poor people of the country have become middle-income class,” she added.

Bangladesh Television, Bangladesh Radio and other private TV channels are broadcasting her speech live.
