DHAKA: The government deployed Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel in capital city, Narayanganj and other divisional cities from Thursday evening to keep control over law & order amid political tension.

GAZIPUR: As Awami League and BNP convened rallies in same venue and time in several places of the district, Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel were deployed there to maintain law and order from Friday morning.

Three platoons BGB personnel were seen patrolling in various spots at 9:00am.

KHULNA: Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel were deployed in Khulna City to maintain law and order in the metropolitan area.
