DHAKA: Finance Minister AMA Muhith on Wednesday categorically said Jamaat-e-Islami is a terrorist organization as they attacked his residence.

The minister came up with the assertion while talking to journalists at his secretariat office.

He said, “I earlier termed that Jamaat is a terrorist organization. If they were not terrorists they did not attack my residence.”

Ruling Awami League lawmaker also termed Khaleda Zia as an antagonist of the country.  

Muhith said, “Khaleda Zia is creating anarchy throughout the country in the name of hartal and blockade.”
