FENI: Fulgazi Upazila Awami League called daylong hartal for Monday in the upazila demanding exemplary punishment of the killers chairman Ekramul.

Awami League general secretary Abdul Alim called the shutdown at a press conference on Thursday afternoon.

The hartal will be enforced from 6:00am to 6:00pm.

On May 20, Fulgazi upazila chairman Ekramul Haque was shot and burnt to death by miscreants at his car.

Three others, who were on the vehicle, were also critically burnt in the incident that took place in front of Bilash Cinema Hall in Academy area.
