DHAKA: BNP joint secretary general Salahuddin Ahmed on Monday categorically said the anti-government movements would continue until the government steps down.
The spokesperson for the party made the forewarning in a press release issued in the afternoon.
He also urged the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, also ruling Awami League president, not to use indecent words.
Salahuddin further said the government was responsible for the prevailing situation of the country and asked the PM Hasina to quit.
The BNP leader also criticized Information Minister Hasanul Haque Inu and asked him to apologize to the nation for his misdeeds in the past.
He also urged the countrymen and leaders and activists of 20-party to observe all-out hartal peacefully along with indefinite blockade till the victory is achieved.
