DHAKA: Miscreants torched at least two passenger buses in city’s Judge Court and Banashri areas on Sunday evening.

No one is reportedly injured in the incidents.

Confirming the incident, fire service control room on-duty official told banglanews that a group of miscreants set fire to a ‘United Paribahan’ bus around 8:30pm in front of Judge Court in the city.

On information, a fire fighter unit rushed to the spot and doused the blaze.

Moreover, a passenger bus was gutted in Banashri area around 8:15pm.

Fire Service headquarters duty officer Nilufar Yasmin told banglanews that two units went to the place to extinguish the fire.
