DHAKA: The law and order committee meeting of Election Commission (EC) with the law enforcing agencies over the upcoming three city corporation elections to be held on April 19.

The meeting is set to be held at National Economic Council (NEC) seminar room at 11:00am on the day to be attended by senior officials of army, Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB), police and ansar.

However, representatives of home affairs ministry will also be present at the meeting.

Assistant Secretary of EC Rajib Ahsan has sent a directive to the deputy secretary (administration) of planning ministry to make the meeting venue prepared.
