DHAKA: Ruling Awami League’s student front Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) will hold council on July 25 and 26 to form its central committee.

The BCL also announced the date to hold council to form its committees for Dhaka north and south city, Dhaka University (DU) units and other units across the country.

Councils of BCL Dhaka north and south city units will be held on May 28 and 30 respectively while council of DU unit on June 11.

BCL president H M Badiuzzaman Sohag made the announcement at a press conference at Madhur Canteen in DU in around 11:30am.

BCL general secretary (GS) Siddiqui Nazmul Alam, BCL DU unit president Mehidi Hasan, and GS Omar Sharif, among others, were present at the conference.
