Salahuddin to be back thru’ legal process

DHAKA: State Minister for Home Affairs Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal on Wednesday said that the BNP leader Salahuddin Ahmed would be brought following legal process.

The state minister made the comment while talking to journalists at his secretariat office at noon.

Regarding his missing, Asaduzzaman said, Salahuddin Ahmed might reach Indian state of Meghalaya traveling in disguise.

He also came to know the matter through media and yet to be confirmed officially, the minister added.

Whereabouts of missing BNP leader Salahuddin Ahmed was known on Tuesday (May 12). He was under treatment at a mental hospital in Shillong of Meghalaya.

The BNP leader’s wife Hasina Ahmed on Tuesday noon told the media that Salahuddin Ahmed, from a mental hospital of Meghalaya state, called her and said that he is alive and fit.

However, BNP leader Salahuddin went missing in the night of March 10.
