PABNA: At least 15 persons were injured following a clash between the supporters of ruling Awami League and opposition BNP in Bera upazila of Pabna.
Moreover, two houses were also vandalized during the clash.
Among the injured, Matin (30), Asadul (23), Janab Ali (40) and Saheb (35) were admitted at Bera Upazila Health Complex.
Bera Thana officer-in-charge (OC) Mashiur Rahman told banglanews that a land dispute triggered the clash between the supporters of Upazila Parishad vice-chairman and also a local unit of AL leader Abu Sama Mollah and BNP local unit leader Mosharraf Hossain.
On information, police rushed to the place and brought the situation under control, the OC added.
