SC upholds Fakhrul bail order

DHAKA: Supreme Court (SC) Appellate Division upheld the High Court order that granted interim bail to BNP acting Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam in three cases of sabotage. 

SC bench led by Chief Justice SK Sinha passed the order on Sunday morning.

On June 21, he got interim bail in the three cases filed with Paltan Thana in connection with sabotage activities.
