DHAKA: Three members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) including Commanding Officer Lieutenant Masud Rana and a source were sued over death of Hazaribagh Chhatra League leader Arzu in gunfight.

Arzu’s elder brother filed the case Sunday with Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) court.

On August 18, Arzu, accused of lynching a teenager to death for suspected theft, was killed in a gunfight with RAB.
