MOULVIBAZAR: Police have arrested two war crimes suspects from Sonataki village in Rajnagar upazila of Moulvibazar district on Tuesday night.

The arrestees are Yunus Ahmad, 75, Ujayer Ahmad Chowdhury, 62.

Rajnagar Thana sub-inspector (SI) Hillol Roy told banglanews that International Crimes Tribunal issued warrant for arrest them for their alleged involvement in crimes against humanity.

The copy of arrest warrant reached Rajnagar Thana on Tuesday evening. Then a nighttime drive, they have been arrested from their respective village home, the SI added.
