Upazila Jamaat ameer among 8 held in Sunamganj

SUNAMGANJ: Police detained eight member of Jamaat-e-Islami, including its Chhatak upazila unit ameer and secretary, while they were holding a clandestine meeting at Gobindaganj area on Wednesday afternoon.

Chhatak Police Station officer-in-charge (OC) Asheq Suja Mamun confirmed the matter to banglanews.
