DHAKA: The court has issued arrest warrant against 27 leaders including BNP chairperson’s assistant Shimul Bishwas, press secretary Maruf Kamal and joint secretary general Salah Uddin.

Additional PP Tapas Kumar Paul of the court confirmed the matter to banglanews on Wednesday (May 25) and said that, Dhaka Metropolitan Session Judge took the case into cognizance and ordered to arrest those fugitive convicts.

They were alleged in petrol bomb blasting on a bus at Katherpul area in Jatrabari of the city where at least 29 passengers were burnt.
