DHAKA: Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) will organize nationwide protest rally on Saturday (June 18) saying, thousands of “innocent” people including BNP and opposition ally leaders and activists were detained during the last 7-day crackdown. 

On same agenda, a discussion will be held by BNP at Institution of Engineers’ in the capital on Monday (June 20).

This statement was announced through a press release signed by BNP senior joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi on Friday (June 17).

The leaders and activists of BNP and its front organizations at all levels were requested to success the demonstrations and discussion.
