DHAKA: The first meeting of the ruling Awami League (AL) new Central Working Committee will be held on November 8.

The meeting will be held at Ganabhaban, the official residence of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, also AL president, around 4:00pm.

The AL issued a press release in this regard on Monday (October 31).

The committee was declared during the party’s national council, held on October 22-23.

AL leader said the committee will discuss about their future activities while the Premier Sheikh Hasina will give direction about that.

New general secretary of AL and Road Transport and Bridges minister Obaidul Quader urged all members to attend the meeting.
