DHAKA: Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) Friday has banned Shakib Al Hasan for three One Day International (ODI) cricket matches for his misbehave.  

He has also been fined Tk 3 lakh for ill conduct during second one day international match at Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla Stadium on Thursday.  

BCB made the decision after a disciplinary committee hearing held at its office in the evening.          
 
Board summoned Shakib to appear before the BCB in the evening. By appearing before the board Sakib confessed his fault.  

BCB acting Chief Executive Officer Nizam Uddin Chowdhury said Shakib was repentant for the behavior and accepted that it was inappropriate for a player of his status.
