Tigers win by 4-wicket

DHAKA: Bangladesh won the first warm up match against United Arab Emirates (UAE) by 4-wicket at Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium of Fatullah in Narayanganj, ahead of upcoming T20 World Cup to be started on March 16.

They chased down 143-run loosing 6-wicket with 7-ball to spare.

Tamim Iqbal, Mahmudullah and Mushfiqur Rahim scored 43, 29 and 27 runs respectively.

AM Guruge and Amjad Javed took two wickets each while Kamran Shazad and Rohan Mustafa took one wicket each.

Earlier, UAE have won the toss and elected to bat first. They scored 142 runs loosing 7-wicket after their 20-over.

Khurram Khan and Faizan Asif scored 44 and 31 runs for UAE respectively.

Farhad Reza bagged two wickets while Mahmadullah and Abdur Razzak took one wicket each.
