DHAKA: Mohammad Elias joined the Bangladesh cricket squad in West Indies replacing Sohag Gazi while four more players also returned home along with him.

The Panel selected Mohammad Elias for the two-match Test series there, said a press release, replacing Sohag Gazi who made an earlier return to the country.

In this regard Mohammad Elias has already gone there on Tuesday night, the release added.

Moreover, Gazi, who will undergo testing for suspected illegal bowling action, returned to Dhaka along with Masrafe Bin Mortaza, Abdur Razzak, Taskin Ahmed and Mohammad Mithun.
