Squash training camp for Youth C’wealth Games held

DHAKA: The eight-day Squash Training cum Tournament, organized by the Squash Federation, ended on March 14 at the Army Squash Complex in city.

Muhammad Faruk Khan, MP and also President of Bangladesh Squash Rackets Federation, was present on the final day and to witness the tournament and encourage the players.

Sixteen players from Army, Navy, Gulshan Club, Uttara Club and Dhaka Club were selected to join this camp.

National Squash Champion Shopon Parvez and former National Squash Champion and the General Secretary of the Squash Federation Sohel Hamid conducted the training program.

Two players, Muhammad Saiful of Navy Club and Rakin of Uttara club were selected for the Youth Commonwealth games to be held in Samoa in September’2015.
