DHAKA: A haul of six wickets by Mustafizur Rahman of Bangladesh restricted India to 200 all out in the second ODI of the three-match series at Sher-e-Bangla Cricket Stadium in city Sunday night.

As the match was curtailed by 47 overs due to rain, the adjusted target was set at 200 for Bangladesh.

Chasing the target, Bangladesh scored 39 for no loss in 8 over till the filling of this report.

Tamin Iqbal (13 off 21 balls) walked off the field when Tigers’ scored 34 in 6.2 overs.

Soumya Sarkar (17 of 19 balls) and Litton Das (5 off 8 balls) were on the crease.

Earlier, Indian, after electing to bat, scored 200 all out by the end of the 45th over. However, each innings of the mach was cut by three overs.

Shikhar Dhawan was at top in India’s innings, scoring 53 off 60 balls while MS Dhoni 47 off 75 balls. Sures Raina contributed 34.

Bangladesh paceman Mustafizur’s outstanding figure of 9.5-0-43-5 destroyed Indian batting lineup. He took RG Sharma, MS Dhoni, SK Raina, AR Patel and R Ashwin.

Nasir Hossain and Rubel Hossai also took two wickets apiece. Nasir removed Shikhar Dhawan and V Kohli while Rubel Hossai picked up AT Rayudu and B Kumar.

Earlier on June 18, Bangladesh pulls off a shock 79-run over two-time world champion India in the first match, trailing the visitors 0-1 in the series.
