Bangladesh have set 167-run target for India in the final match of Nidahas Trophy tri-nation T20 at R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo on Sunday (March 18).
At the beginning Tigers suffered top order collapse as the Indian bowlers’ stroke hard. Among Bangladeshi batsman, Sabbir Rahman got 77-run while Mehedi Hasan Miraz posted 18-run in the last over to give the team a contesting score.
Earlier Bangladesh started to bat first as India won the toss and went on to fielding.
The final race has become the tightest contest as Rohit Sharma-led India registered three wins -- two against Bangladesh -- of their four matches in the league stage to move into the final as favourites.
All-rounder Shakib Al Hasan is leading the team with an aim to victory against India. Tigers set foot into the final after their epic victory in the do-or-die match against Sri Lanka.
