DHAKA: Rajshahi Kings have beaten Dhaka Dynamites by 20 runs in their sixth match of the sixth edition of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) in Sylhet on Wednesday (Jan 17).
Marshall Ayub’s highest 45 runs off 31 balls helped Kings post 136 runs for six wickets against Dhaka Dynamites at Sylhet International Stadium.
West Indian player of Dynamites Sunil bagged three wickets while Russell, Shakib Al Hasan and Alis Al Hasan picked up one wicket each.
In reply, Dynamites captained by Shakib Al Hasan collected 116 runs by losing nine wickets in stipulated 20 overs.
Arafat Sunny’s three wickets haul and Mehidy Hasan’s two-wicket helped their side to break four-match winning streak of Dhaka Dynamites.
Earlier, Kings captain Mehidy Hasan Miraz, won the toss and chose to bat first.
