DHAKA: Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) T20 franchise Rangpur Riders signed national cricket team Test skipper Shakib Al Hasan for 2019-20 edition.

The agreement was signed at the auditorium of Bashundhara Group Industrial Headquarters-2 in Bashundhara Residential Area here Wednesday (July 31). 

The contract was made for one year.

Ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan played for Riders in 2015 edition of BPL before being iconic player and captain for Dhaka Dynamites for three latter straight seasons.
