DHAKA: All-rounder Shakib Al Hasan visited the headquarters of Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) at Segunbagicha in the capital.
He entered ACC office at around 10:00 am on Sunday (November 3), four days after an ICC sanction imposed on him.
Shakib Al Hasan went straight to ACC chairman Iqbal Mahmud’s office. He then left the office.
Shakib refused to talk with media.
Shakib Al Hasan is a goodwill ambassador of the commission. He came to the office for his regular attendance and left, ACC public relations officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya told Banglanews.
The International Cricket Council (ICC) banned all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan from all cricket for two years, with one year of that suspended, after he accepted three charges of breaching the ICC Anti-Corruption Code.
