Earlier, Bangladesh captain Mahmudullah won the toss and opted to bat first.
Shoriful Islam has been recalled to the playing XI to replace Mohammad Saifuddin who was ruled out due to a back injury. It will be marked as Shoriful’s T20 World Cup debut.
Bangladesh lost the first Super 12s match to Sri Lanka while England beat West Indies in their first match.
A team should win at least three matches to advance to the Semi-finals.
