Khansons Group chairman AKM Azizur Rahman, who was also the chief guest of the logo unveiling ceremony, said that Goldberg cell phones will be introduced considering the demands of country’s mobile users.

“We are going to launch 3-4 models of our handsets by March this year,” he added. “Later, Goldberg will launch tabs and pads too.”

However, the handsets will be priced between Tk 950 and 15,000.

Regarding the matter, Goldberg’s chief sales officer Russel Ahmed said that the company is finally bringing out the handsets following field survey of one year. “Our handsets will meet the choice of every user, whether he is from rural or urban areas.”

On the other hand, the company will sell 25 percent of its total shares in capital market.

Goldberg’s chief executive officer Abrar Rahman Khan said that the company will also provide customer services through 20 centers across the country from its inception.
