DHAKA: Grameenphone (GP) has partnered with Viber to launch Viber messaging and sticker sets in Bangladesh.

The partnership will enable GP customers to use Viber messaging at a very convenient price. Also, customers will be able to use GP sticker sets from Viber sticker market at free of cost.

“Grameenphone is delighted to partner with Viber to offer a convenient daily messaging and sticker sets for its customers. We believe this partnership will drive customer convenience, customer engagement and new digital distribution channels for Grameenphone digital services.” said Yasir Azman, Chief Marketing Officer, Grameenphone.

A customer can avail the Viber messaging - 20MB at taka 2 with 1 day validity by dialing *5000*215#. Also, sticker sets can be downloaded from Viber sticker market.

Speaking on the partnership with Grameenphone, Anubhav Nayyar, Regional Head of South Asia-Viber, stated, “Our effort has always been to broaden Viber’s appeal to its users. We are glad to partner with Grameenphone in enabling users to connect more freely and affordably through the Viber messaging”.
