DHAKA: Two Bangladeshis win the title of US Entrepreneur of the Year in ICT category for their contributions to New York City’s thriving business and technology sector.

They are Founder and also CEO of PeopleNTech Abubokor Hanip and UTC Associates chairman as well as CEO and also Vonair Incorporation founder Aziz Ahmad.

They were honored on the occasion of 9th Annual Convention of ‘Alliance of South American Labor’ with certification of recognition from mayor of the New York Bill de Blasio.

On the same occasion Public Advocate for New York Letitia James awarded Abubokor Hanip in recognition of dedication, commitment and contribution to the city, said a press release.

State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli awarded Hanip on behalf of State of New York Office of the State Comptroller.
