The price of bottled soybean oil has been reduced by Tk 14 per litre to Tk 178.

The Bangladesh Vegetable Oil Refiners and Vanaspati Manufacturers Association announced the reduction in the price of soybean oil, says a press release on Monday.

According to the release, the new rate of soybean oil will be effective in the market from Tuesday.

With the new rate, a five-litre bottle of soybean oil will cost Tk880, according to a notice issued by the association.
