The Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) proudly announced that its students secured championship titles in two major national-level Esports tournaments, showcasing excellence, discipline, and teamwork.
Competing as “All Stars,” the team won the Valorant segment of the Pubali Bank PLC Presents 13th ISTARC Science and Technology Festival 2025 – Powered by Retina, held at Ideal School and College, Dhaka, which featured over 400 participants and 64 teams from 60 campuses nationwide.
The team also achieved another prestigious victory at the 8th DRMC International Tech Carnival 2025 – DITC Valorant Cup, further establishing themselves as one of the leading Esports teams in Bangladesh.
Among the seven members of Team All Stars, three students from BUBT played key roles in these victories. Shihab Ahmed Saikat (IGN: Kyojin) from the Department of Economics served as the Team Leader of the BUBT Valorant Team, MD Ashraful Islam Polash (IGN: PiranHaaa – On His Way) from the Department of CSE acted as the Team Core Strategist, and Fazla Rabbi (IGN: Fazla From Bangladesh), also from the Department of CSE, contributed as the Team Analyst and Esports Coordinator.
Their success highlighted the growing importance of Esports as a platform for teamwork, strategy, and innovation among university students.
