DHAKA UNIVERSITY: Institute of Business Administration (IBA) of Dhaka University became champion in the SUPRO-DU Inter University English Debate competition.

Finance minister AMA Muhith as a chief guest and Vice-Chancellor of Dhaka University AAMS Arefin Siddique as special guest distributed prizes among the winners at Dhaka University in city on Sunday afternoon.

Dhaka University Debating Society (DUDS) organized the competition with the sponsor of Sushashoner Jonno Procharavizan (SUPRO).

The four finalists were- Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Islamic University of Technology and BRAC University.

Some 44 teams of various universities participated in the competition which started on Thursday. The winning team got crest and Tk 10,000 prize money and runners up team—BRAC University—got crest and Tk8,000.
