DHAKA: The government postponed examinations of Bangladesh Technical Education Board of February 1 and 3 due to the hartal called by BNP-led 20-party alliance.

An office circular singed by Exam controller Dr M Rafiqul Islam made the disclosure Saturday showing an unavoidable reason for exam postponement.

Besides, 20-party alliance has called countrywide 72-hour non-stop hartal from Sunday, just a day before millions of SSC and equivalent candidates are going to seat for exams.
