ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY: After four months of its closure, the authorities opened Islamic University on Saturday.

Classes and examinations of several departments resume d with the opening on the day.

Admission activities for the students of 2014-15 session of honors restarted with the viva examinations of all units, except ‘F Unit’. Viva for this unit will be held on April 5 and 6.

Besides, some of the university-bound buses started plying from Jhenaidah.

University vice-chancellor Abdul Hakim told banglanews that they are closely looking into the matter of security.
