DHAKA: The education ministry on Monday published the schedule of Junior School Certificate (JSC) Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) examinations of 2016.

As per schedule, the exams will commence from 10:00am on November 1.

Senior public relations officer of the ministry Muhammad Saifullah confirmed the matter to banglanews.

The schedule was fixed in a meeting chaired by minister Nurul Islam Nahid at the secretariat in city on August 10.

The routine, signed by assistant secretary of the ministry Asim Kumar Karmakar, said students can use normal calculator.

It, however, prohibited students from bringing mobile phones or any other electronics devices in the examination hall.

None but the center secretary is allowed to use mobile phone in the examination center, the routine mentioned.

Some 2,000,000 students will sit for the JSC and JDC examinations this year.
