Freedom sanitary napkin has recently sponsored the movie ‘Gondi--a Gorai Film production which is directed by Fakhrul Arefin khan.

Fakhrul Arefin khan happens to be the director of the famous movie Bhubon Majhi.

A signing ceremony held between Freedom sanitary napkin and Gorai Films.   Managing Director of ACI Consumer Brands, Mr. Syed Alamgir and Director Fakhrul Arefin Khan signed the agreement in presence of the employees of both of the organizations.

During the program, Fakhrul Arefin Khan said, “Now-a-days it is quite challenging to deliver a good story to the audience. Many a time the storyline is compromised due to lack of budget. In this current situation, it’s very helpful for us to get support from ACI family.”

In this context, Mr. Syed Alamgir said: “ACI Limited is one of the largest organizations in Bangladesh. This organization is operating with four Strategic Business Units combined with more than 25 business sectors. We have more than 20 thousand employees working for the company. It is our pleasure to be the title sponsor for such a good film and will continue to do so in the future.”

The genre of ‘Gondi’ is home-bound story of a sixty-five-year old man and fifty-five-year old woman. It is a beautiful story of friendship between two retired people and the way they handle and overcome the societal issues.

The last shooting of the film will be held in the coming September. Director Fakhrul Arefin Khan informed that the shooting will take place in various locations of Dhaka city from the 1st of September. The protagonists of the film are Sabyasachi Chakrabarty, renowned as Feluda, and Suborna Mustafa, a fine actress and current MP of our country.

Other actors in the film include Aparna Ghosh, Maznun Mizan, Amaan Reza.
