The country reported 18 fresh dengue cases in last 24 hours till Monday morning (May 30), said the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

In the 24 hours, the ten new dengue patients were admitted to different hospitals in Dhaka, said the DGHS release.

Some 338 patients were admitted to different hospitals with dengue till May 30 while 287 patients returned home after recovery since January 1.

However, 28,429 patients were admitted to different hospitals with dengue while 28,265 patients recovered in last year. A total of 105 died from the mosquito-borne disease during that time.
