A High Court (HC) Division vacation bench has been formed by Chief Justice Hasan Foez Siddique, with specific jurisdiction.

The bench comprising Justice Mustafa Zaman Islam and Justice Mohammad Ali will conduct judicial proceedings from today (Tuesday) to Thursday.

The bench has been given jurisdiction to hear criminal motions, appeals, revisions and miscellaneous litigations along with related rulings and applications.

The bench will also hear matters under the Anti-Corruption Commission Act and Money Laundering Act.

A notice has been uploaded on the Supreme Court Website in this regard.
