A man and his nephew were killed in a road accident at sadar upazila in Dinajpur district on Wednesday (April 26) morning.

The deceased were Babul Hossain, 55, and his nephew Sohan, 28, residents of Elwari union under Fulbari upazila of the district.

According to eyewitnesses, the two were going to their office riding on a motorcycle. On the way, a Dinajpur-bound passenger bus hit the motorcycle in Chuniapara area at around 10 am. They died on the spot.

Dinajpur Fire Service officer Mehfuz Tanjin confirmed the matter.
