The vehicular movement on Airport Road will be restricted restricted for seven hours from Friday (May 5) night due to the ongoing construction of the flyover in front of the third terminal of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.

Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) issued a circular in this regard. 

The CAAB has also requested all heavy and goods-laden vehicles to use alternative roads during that time.

Kamrul Islam, executive director, Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport has said that vehicles movement on the Airport road will be restricted from 11:00pm on Friday to 6:00am on Saturday due to the construction work.

Earlier on April 28, Airport road was restricted for seven hours due to the construction work of the flyover.
