Noman Al Mahmud, newly elected Member of Parliament (MP) in Chittagong-8 Constituency has taken oath at the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban in Dhaka on Tuesday (May 9).

Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury administered the oath to Noman in her office in the capital this afternoon.

According to press release, parliament Secretariat Senior Secretary KM Abdus Salam conducted the oath taking ceremony.

After taking the oath, the newly-elected MP Noman Al Mahmoud signed the oath book according to the custom, the release added.

Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Chief Whip Noor-E-Alam Chowdhury and senior officials, among others, were present.
