GAZIPUR: Three Namaz-e-Janaza of Begum Zohra Jajuddin, the wife of first Prime Minister Tajuddin Ahmed, will be held in Kapasia upazila and district town on Sunday.

Kapasia Upazila Awami League General Secretary Anisur Rahman Arif confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Sources said that the first Janaza will be held at school field near to her village home at Dardaria under Kapasia Upazila at around 1:30pm.

And the second one will be held at Kapasia pilot school field at around 2:30pm while the third one at Razbari ground in the district town at 4:00pm.

Later, the body of Zohra Tajuddin, also Awami League presidium member, will be taken to Dhaka’s Banani graveyard and will be buried at her husband Tajuddin Ahmed’s grave.

Earlier on Friday, Zohra Tajuddin breathed her last at capital’s United Hospital at around 10:30am.
