BENAPOLE, JESSORE: Border Guard of Bangladesh (BGB) arrested 13 persons on Putkhali border under Benapole port thana of the district early Sunday.

The detainees are Monzurul, 30, Sangkor Kumer,27, Benita Ray,18, Anower, 22, Ibrahi Hossain, 29, Sudesh Chandra, 48, Hanan Bepari, 26, Shahin, 35, Oesh, 20, Jamal, 38, Sumit Kumer, 25, Sirajul Islam, 45, and Sarmin, 20.   

 Confirming the matter, Benapole Port Thana Sub-Inspector told banglanews that Border Guard of Bangladesh held 13 Bangladeshis while they were trying to intrude to India illegally and handed over to Port Thana.
