DHAKA: A domestic help was mysteriously killed at a house in Wari area of the city on Tuesday afternoon.

The deceased was identified as Khairun Akter Munni, 16, hailed from Sunamganj district.

Householder Saumitra Majumder said Munni had been working at his house for last four-year. Munni was found hanging in a toilet of the house at 2:00pm, he added.

She was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where duty doctor declared Munni dead.

DMCH police camp In-charge Inspector Mozammel Haque said Saumitra and his wife were detained in this connection.
