Boy succumbs at Dinajpur Medical

DINAJPUR: A teenager boy, who sustained injuries in a clash between Awami League and 18-party alliance, succumbed to his injuries at Dinajpur Medical College Hospital on Monday morning.

The deceased was identified as Asaduzzaman, 15, son of Alim Uddin and resident of Shibrampur under the upazila.  

Earlier on Sunday, four people including an Ansar man, a boy and an activist of Jubo Dal, were killed in clashes between law enforcers and poll resisters activists in Bhugirhat area under Birganj upazila of the district.

Asaduzzaman was critically injured in this clash and was rushed to Dinajpur Medical College Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on Monday morning.

Officer-in-Charge of Dinajpur Kotwali Thana Altaf Hossain confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Altogether five people were killed in the district centering 10th national polls.
