SIRAJGANJ: A truck driver was killed and three others sustained burn injuries as blockaders hurled petrol bomb at a goods-laden truck in Bangabandhu Bridge area on Tuesday night.

The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Sources said miscreants hurled petrol bombs at a truck in the area around 8:30pm, leaving its driver dead on the spot and three others injured.

Later, the injured were rushed to Sirajgaj Sadar Hospital.

Police Super of the district Emran Hossain confirmed the matter to banglanews.
